Richard Preston is a dispute resolution and insolvency lawyer with over 20 years’ experience.
Richard is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and he has also spent time working for law firms in the US.
Richard is also a qualified mediator.
Diane Dunion
Diane is a qualified insolvency practitioner. Diane specialises in contentious insolvency cases and investigations.
Diane has many years’ experience of advising directors, and in working with insolvency practitioners and funders to obtain excellent results for creditors.
Brang Aung
Brang is a LL.B Law graduate (first class honours). Brang enjoys commercial and civil disputes work and has ambitions to qualify a solicitor in the near future.
Brang speaks fluent Burmese, as well as fluent English.
