Insolvency Disputes
We represent insolvency practitioners, directors, individuals and third-party funders in resolving insolvency related disputes.
Our cases include misfeasance, preferences, transactions at an undervalue, directors’ loan accounts, unlawful dividends and breaches of directors’ duties.
We act for liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy in high value claims to ensure a positive outcome for creditors.
We also act for directors in defending Company Directors Disqualification Act proceedings and in defending directors against personal claims made against them.
