We are also able to enter into flexible and creative charging arrangements. In appropriate cases, we can, in view of our longstanding relationships with some of the leading third-party dispute funders, also assist clients to obtain external financing to fund claims.
Being a specialist law firm, we are highly unlikely to have any conflicts of interest that might otherwise preclude us from taking on cases for or against a particular entity.
